Volunteer with SEAOC

Share your skills, grow your network, and shape the future of structural engineering in California. Even if you only have an hour, there is a place for you.

Why volunteer

  • Make a statewide impact. Help advance building safety, education, and community across California.
  • Grow your career. Build leadership skills and learn from peers and mentors statewide.
  • Expand your network. Connect with engineers, firms, and partners across chapters.
  • Give back. Support students and early-career engineers through Pathways and outreach.
  • Shape the agenda. Contribute ideas for programs, events, and member experience.

How it works

  1. Submit the form with your interests and availability.
  2. We match and connect you with the right chair or project lead.
  3. Get started with a quick orientation and next steps.
